SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow standard business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship to destinations within our designated service areas. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
  • Shipment Issues: If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as a missing package or incorrect address, please contact us promptly for assistance.

PACKAGE HANDLING & CUSTOMS

We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges for most items within a specified period from the date of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products that have been altered, used, or damaged after delivery.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: To start a return or exchange, please visit our website and access the returns portal or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
  2. Package Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging or a suitable box to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Ship Return: Ship the return package to the designated returns facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it is received at our returns center.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a standard number of business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped).
  • Restocking Fees: Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This will be clearly communicated during the return authorization process if applicable.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the standard return process and indicate your exchange preference. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund and provide instructions, including a prepaid return label if applicable. Please provide photos of the product and its packaging to assist us.
